I had been buying this supplement for years. But the last two orders, the supplement has been ineffective. Changing brands restored the benefits I expect from using pycnogenol. I won't be using this brand again any time soon.

I am someone who has a history of taking pycnogenol. I stopped taking my pycs a couple of years ago and wanted a system restart. I am looking for a pure pycnogenol harvested from French Maritime Pine Bark. It is a superior antioxidant for me, and I responded well to 100mg capsules. I noticed that Healthy Origin caps contained 100mg of pycnogenol from the French Maritime pine, and I wanted to try these.

This looked like a great option with lots of positive reviews but I always check the fillers first before buying a supplement and this one has Calcium palmitate. This is scary and I hate to see people taking something and paying so much money to only hurt themselves. I'm moving on to another brand

there are so much better things to be spending your money and room in that pill container on.
if you're already taking your vitamin d, alpha gpc, b complex, magnesium (l-threonate or similar), peppermint oil, coq10, quercetin, omega 3, noopept...
...then you can probably still find better things to spend $40 on that will give you more QoL :)
go eat some oatmeal and cruciferous veg xP

IDK if I was always allergic or this just developed but product is not returnable so I'm stuck with wasted money. I stopped all supplements and started them again one at a time and that's how I discovered that I seem to be allergic to this - not rash/hives, but congestion and goopy eyes.

They really help with my circulation. I had been ordering from another company, they couldn’t keep them in stock. And they didn’t seem to be working the same. So, as usual I checked Amazon. This is my second bottle. And their working great!

I read the book "The Pycnogenol Phenomenon: The Most Unique & Versatile Health Supplement " and was so excited to try this supplement. But this brand made me feel irritated. After a month the bottle ran out, and I felt normal again. It could just be me as we all react differently to supplements. I don't recommend this product.

And I really hope it is, but I'm not holding my breath. Supposedly it brings down your cholesterol, but I don't know yet because I haven't had a blood test. The capsules are big. I don't have a problem swallowing them, but some people might.

Ca Palmitate has been shown in studies to contribute to vascular blockages. Why are you using this as a filler? There are other, safer, alternatives to this. Will not be using this product.

I read a lot of reviews on amazon and here I found a review by "harleychik" that was right on the money! I took the advise a switched to swanson brand 100mg and noticed a big difference the first day. I also went from 2 pills to 1. Both 100mg but way different results....went from somewhat helpful to cured of feet swelling. yea!!!
found swanson much cheaper at there own site, 60% of amazon's price.
EDIT: Well to my surprise the company saw this a gave me a full refund. Stand up

So I canceled my order. I found the same brand with 30mg, a smaller dose, but it has rice flour in it instead. So that's what I ordered. A Facebook friend posted how she was using pycnogenol for RLS. I'm a retired RN so I looked it up and the NIH did a study on it and it helped. I tried it and it WORKED!

The supplement does what it claims, however, the pills are quite small and it looked like I was short changed on the claimed number of pills. So, I counted and I was short changed 5 pills.

It took about 6 weeks to know I was having less pain. I could not let the sheet on my bed touch my toes for the pain was that great. I was considering putting a box under my sheets to house my feet.
