This toy is supposed to change color with water. It doesn't do this. Not sure if I just got another fake toy (which is happening far too often on this platform...), or what. But I gifted it to my daughters friend, and then she wanted one so I got it for her and hers doesn't work. So I'm going to send it back despite having no box or anything. It was purchased to help a kiddo who hates the bath more exicted about the bath, and it doesn't do that.

My granddaughter loves this toy- great for bath time or the pool. The color changing is a hit along with the brush for the mane. Spends hours playing with this favorite toy! Quality is great, mane and tail hair has held up through many brushings

My 2 year old was excited about her bath with this toy. It didn’t change colors. We kept it because she likes it but we are disappointed that it didn’t change colors when wet.

So when she arrived in the mail, she was already completely pink as if she was put in hot water. I thought she was going to stay that way, but after her being inside my house for a half hour or so, she returned to her standard colors. The Texas heat must’ve gotten to her (I can’t blame her). That being said, I love her, she’s cute, she works as she should and I’ve had no issue with her holding water! 10/10 love the mermaid pony.

Birthday gift for 6-year old obsessed with unicorns. High quality and I love that it isn’t a stuffed animal so it is a different unicorn toy.
It changed colors in warm child’s bath water no problem. This toy has teen used multiple times a week for for more than two months and looks and works like new. Hair isn’t tangled either. The color change is dramatic enough for the kids to notice and appreciate. Would definitely buy again. Nice to have a simple, quality toy.

I ordered the Luna colour change unicorn for my kid. Giving this 3/5 stars because the colour changing feature isn’t as advertised. When you apply warm water on her on our unicorn, the hooves and Luna mark on her body - instantly -changes colour. That’s the best part. Except the hair is supposed to change from Pink/violet to pink/blue. It would be 5 stars if it did as featured. Can’t return it as you only realize the problem after opening the box and applying water. I was more disappointed

My three year old loves unicorns and playing in the tub. She specifically asked for Luna for Christmas. The colors change in warm-hot water, just as advertised. The hair changes back fairly quickly, while it took hours for the moon and stars on her side to fully return to their purple color. She’s a pretty and cute unicorn and my daughter has been playing with her a lot out of the tub too. She loves it! A little pricey, but it’s Breyer. I would recommend this.

I'm assuming the unicorn is fine, this was a Christmas gift though, and the box and plastic were bent up and dented. Sort of disappointed to have to give this as a gift.

I’ll start by saying that my daughter loves this. But it really should cost like $5: It was poorly aligned, yellowed coloring under the blanket, and the color barely changes. Kids may not care but as a gift, I’d skip it.

The “cutie mark,” hooves and parts of the hair change color in warm water. Super cute bath toy BUT the damn thing fills with water. Like wtf. I had to slice the glued seam for the body to the head to release it. I hate toys that are meant for bath or pool playtime and they fill up with water. Total design design flaw.

Kiddo loves this - 8yo is a bath girl (at my urging- she’s got shower caps, inexpensive bath pillow & mini bath bombs) & this was a lifesaver during cold weather when outside time/friend time was limited. It’s super cute & color change works great - one of very few bath toys for ‘older’ kiddos.

It has light subtle color changes...but my daughter loves unicorns and baths...so it was a win for her. If you are looking for a radical change in colors this doesn’t deliver. But for our uses it fits the bill.

I bought this for my four-year-old grandson. The hair doesn’t change color very easily. You’d probably have to put it in the bathtub. So that was disappointing. But other than that it’s large and sturdy and he is having a really fun time with it, and that’s what counts
