Fazit, extrem heiß 🔥 , nicht im positiven Sinn und entspricht so leider gar nicht der Preisleistungserwartung von Kingston .

Der Stecker mach einen sehr guten und robusten Eindruck, verglichen zu den gratis Adapter die üblicherweise mitgeliefert werden. Gekauft habe ich den in Kombination mit einer Kingston Industrial microSD Karte für meinen Unraid Server. Da es ein wenig warm wird, habe ich den Stecker noch mit einer Alphacool 17426 10x10mm Heatsink versehen. Und jetzt mal schauen wie sich die Kombo auf Dauer macht. Ich werde die Bewertung allenfalls noch ergänzen oder anpassen.

I just had to come leave a review about how brutalist this adapter is. It gets HOT. Like concerningly HOT. But it's fine. It's just the demonic powers inside that make it transfer so fast in such a small package. I usually balance a solid one pound alluminum paper weight on it to dissipate some of that heat when I'm transferring for a long period. I am being dead serious. This drive has fewer compatibility issues & quirks than my three generic models. It just works, plain and simple. The cheaper models also work, but they exhibit annoying & time consuming issues. For instance, one drive only works properly with fat32 file systems. Another won't play nicely with adapters or my TCL phone. Some drives have to be plugged in and unplugged more than once to get them mounted. But this solid-feeling hunk of metal works flawlessly with all my micro SD cards

Endlich mal ein Kartenlesegerät was auch gut funktoniert und auch gleich beim ersten Versuch. Sehr hilfreich sind auch die beiden Schnittstellen USB-A und C. Can’t imagine how hot it would get under normal or heavy use. It’s also hard to pull out from an USB-C port. The micro SD card is nearly impossible to get out once you put it, in without great difficulty. The only thing it has going for it is it has both USB-A and USB-C, it’s compact, and looks sleek. We willen het elke internetgebruiker zo makkelijk mogelijk maken om producten op te zoeken. In plaats van te vertrouwen op slechts één bron, bieden we één aanspreekpunt om gemakkelijk alle beoordelingen over een product te krijgen. Trustami genereert geen nieuwe reviews en blijft onafhankelijk om het internet transparanter te maken. We zoeken automatisch op populaire internetplatforms en websites om beoordelingen te vinden en producten te identificeren. Onze claim hier is om een nuttige set productinformatie te bieden waar iedereen op kan vertrouwen. De aggregatie van productgegevens wordt zo goed mogelijk gedaan en kan meerdere versies van één product bevatten. Trustami is gemaakt als een project van de Technische Universiteit van Berlijn (TUB) met als doel het internet betrouwbaarder te maken. Onderzoek op het gebied van "Social Media Analytics & Big Data" bij de leerstoel Informatie- en Communicatiemanagement (IKM) leverde een eerste prototype op dat het verzamelen van reputatiedata mogelijk maakte. Met verdere ontwikkeling en financiering werd Trustami een onafhankelijke spin-off.
