Received unit on 11/29/2024Shut off by itself and would not power back up on 01/26/2025 (after only 58 days of ownership)The top of the unit was too hot to touch. Obviously It had a cooling problem that brought about a catastrophic failure. After requesting a replacement, under Geekcom's 3 year warranty, the company provided a replacement which I just received today (02/23/2025). I should have stayed with my old ASUS.

Do not buy this computer (or from Geekcom), only had it for jus over a month and it failed a windows update and now I'm told I've got to reinstall windows! I bought this to use as a my day to day computer and to store photos etc and not to do anything clever with it. Really slow support and not satisfactory. Do not buy from Geekcom. I owned computers for about 30 years and this is the first time I've had this happen, very dissapointed.

Une découverte, fini les tours encombrantes. Installation facile. Problème au boot car j'ai voulu installé Linux Mint sur un SSD USB. J'ai contacté le service client de Geekom qui m'a très vite envoyé par mail la solution pour tout réinstallé proprement.Aucun bruit,aucune chauffe de l'appareil.Je recommande ce produit.

Lediglich ein MS Sicherheitsupdate war noch erforderlich. Die Erstinstallation war erfreulich problemlos, man konnte sogar ohne Anmeldung bei MS ein lokales Konto einrichten. I suppose you should write loads to properly review a PC but I am simply going to say that I have been extremely pleased with it and wish I had replaced my big desktop PC much earlier. I had to reinstall my Windows 11 (not the fault of the PC). The customer service was excellent.

The system updated, and once the updates were installed I was no longer able to connect to Bluetooth, I dis try everything and even factory reset the mini pc, yet the Bluetooth compatible seems to be gone for some reason. I contacted the seller through their website and was offered no help or even bother to help me out to resolve the issue.Don't get me wrong the mini pc is good until it updates and the motherboard and drives

Wenn es überhaupt was zu meckern gibt, dann ist es die weiße LED, die anzeigt, ob der PC eingeschaltet ist. Diese hat innerhalb von sechs Monaten enorm an Leuchtkraft verloren. Brauchen tut man die aber nicht wirklich.

Different person responding every time, no continuity. I try what they asked to fix the problem to no avail. Now they want a video. I've actually started replacing old bulky Dell desktops at the corporate locations with these and similar spec versions as this one. Tja, nun war es der richtige Rechner. Rechenpower und Geschwindigkeit scheinen auch ok - ich kann das nicht ausmessen. Aber der Lüfter nervt doch leider arg: Nicht nur, dass er im Idle-Betrieb (Zeitung lesen, Video schauen) ordentlich bläst. Jetzt \"tickert\" der kleine Kasten auch noch. Das Geräusch gleicht dem einer eifrig beschäftigten konventionelle HD. Es ist aber keine verbaut. Also läuft der Lüfter, obwohl ganz neu, unrund. Das verheißt nichts Gutes für die erwartete Lebenszeit

After just 4 months of usage, a visible and audible spark jumped from the power connector to PC Case. Now the PC will not turn on. I've check the voltage at the Power Supply connector and it's 19.2 VDC, as specified. Please let me know where I can get this repaired, locally and expeditiously. If not, I expect a certified replacement; which will cost me weeks of reloading applications and programs, to my dismay. Addendum 2-3-25: They've offered me a Full Refund and promised to review

What is Trustami
Trustami regularly scans the internet for new reviews and collect them in one place, in order to make them available to interested parties at a glance.
We want to make it as easy as possible for every internet user to look up products. Instead of relying on just one source, we provide a single point of contact to get easily all the reviews on a product.
Trustami does not generate new reviews and stays independent in order to make the internet more transparent. We automatically search on popular internet platforms and websites to find reviews and identify products. Our claim here is to provide a helpful set of product information that anyone can rely on. The aggregation of product data is done as good as possible and may include multiple versions of one product.
Trustami was created as a project of the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) with the aim of making the internet more trustworthy. Research in the field of "Social Media Analytics & Big Data" at the Chair of Information and Communication Management (IKM) provided a first prototype that enabled the collection of reputation data. With further development and funding Trustami became an independent spin-off.
