2 eme foie que je prend du zma a 17 ans .. et la a 24 ans dans les 2 cas je n'est constaté vrm aucune difference notable autemps pour la musculation que pour le someille que la libido ..

Many of gym mates use this first thing in the morning with breakfast, I ran out of my regular one few days ago so I bought this one to give it a try. They are good, not bad at all. Tastes bad but generally they are good. Will continue using it for sometime

Good product, deeper sleep and more "energy" in the mornings. I like the fact it's also got vitamin d cause it helps with mood only con is the pills they use smell and taste like piss, but it's only there for a second till it goes down.

Using these and much better than taking the vitamins apart. I was not sure if enough vitamin D, however noticing an energy increase and does not upset my stomach. Will continue to take, and possibly repurchase. Noticed it said take for 8 weeks then stop for 4 weeks so just a heads up not sure what happens if you don't follow the time off.

It’s my go to zma not the best out there but for price and effect very good. It’s my 5th bottle!

What is Trustami
