| Harmonies are not dynamic and lush enough | 16/10/2023
Love P!nk, but the way she worked the harmonies in this duo was rather boring. The duo tends to sing together on most everything, rather than trading off and layering the harmonies. I thought they could have been more creative with their harmonies. Think Indigo Girls. I expected something more dynamic and lush, less power synced vocals. I will listen again.

What a well written and performed album. Perfect for mellow and relaxing times. P!nk and Dallas are a complimenting combination. I cannot recommend this CD enough for P!nk and City and Colour fans.

Die Sängerin P!nk und der Sänger Dallas Green haben sich 2014 unter dem Duo You+ Me musikalisch zusammen getan und sie veröffentlichten ihr gemeinsames Album "Rose Ave". Das Album wurde ein Erfolg und konnte sich in den deutschen Top 10 der Albumcharts platzieren. Und in den USA erreichte dieses Album den 4. Platz der Albumcharts. Die beiden Musiker haben 10 akustische Songs aufgenommen und haben auch den Song "No Ordinary Love" von Sängerin Sade auf ihre Weise

Wow! Für mich das Album des Jahres! Ich bin echt überwältig, wie gut die beiden im Gesang harmonieren, aber noch mehr von Pink, der ich so eine Performance im Singer-Songwriter-Bereich nicht zugetraut hätte.

Having been a massive P!nk fan for a few years I decided to purchase this collaboration album with Dallas Green. I haven't purchased the last couple of P!nk albums because what songs I heard off the 'Hurts 2 B Human' album seemed like they weren't a progression and I did think as she grew older and as a mother the language may have toned down a bit. I'm not a prude and have no problem with profanity if it warrents it that's fine but when it's just because they can it

Tolles Album, tolle Stimmen, sehr stimmungsvolle Musik und die Klangqualität geht auch in Ordnung. Diese CD kann ich nur empfehlen.

You+Me lo forman Alecia Moore, alias P!nk, y Dallas Green. a diferencia de lo que P!nk nos tiene acostumbrados, esto es un disco muy diferente cercano al folk, country e incluso blues que tiene canciones que están muy bien y donde las guitarras suenan de maravilla. Es un album tranquilo que se deja escuchar muy bien y una rareza en la discografía de la artista.

| Vielversprechender Beginn - endet in Langeweile | 03/11/2017
Ein Stern Abzug allein wegen der Laufzeit. 37 Minuten gehen heutzutage gar nicht mehr. Der Beginn ist mit dem Uptempo-Stück "Capsized" sehr vielversprechend. Dann aber wird das Tempo heftig heruntergebremst. Es kommen nur noch sparsam instrumentierte Balladen mit hübschen, aber wenig eingängigen Melodien. Zweistimmiger Gesang ist ja etwas Feines - aber bitte nicht durchgehend. Einfach einmal eine Leadstimme ausknobeln und dann an den passenden Stellen die Zweitstimme hinzufügen. In

You+Me ist für Alecia Moore (besser bekannt unter dem Künstlernamen P!nk) und Dalles Green eine Herzensangelegenheit. Die beiden lernten sich durch Alecias Ehemann Carey Hart kennen, spürten sofort eine musikalische Verbindung und fassten den Plan, miteinander Musik zu machen. Alecia lud Dallas nach Los Angeles ein, um ein oder zwei Songs zu schreiben, letzten Endes ...
