No problems with this product, definitely felt like I had been in a deeper sleep when I woke up each morning. Took them half an hour before bed with water. Will definitely purchase again.

These were sold by Amazon so I assumed they were genuine tablets. Anyway, disappointed as they were expired tablets!! Cannot believe Amazon is selling tablets which have expired.

After looking at some many ZMA products i went for a brand that was well established and picked phd, have to say this does works you do need to take it on a empty stomach for it to work its best i have notice when i wake up from the day after training i feel really rested and full of engery although there is only 45 capsules it is a good product to try just test the waters. i have started using another well know brand as they offer more capsules for the same price.Have purchased this item with
