Got this for a friend who very suddenly developed severe lactose intolerance. He swears they work as described so I guess I give 5*

You will need to take a least three pills so that you don't have issues with eating something as small as a cube of chocolate .Don't matter the are a 100 capsules more like 30

my lactose intolerance is pretty brutal unless i take 2 of these bad boys right before i eat/drink dairy and it works every time!

Schlechte Entscheidung diese Kapseln zu probieren. Ganz schlechte Qualität. Bin wieder zu Tetesept gewechselt.

Ich habe von dem Produkt Bauchschmerzen bekommen. Ohne Einahme des Präparates hatte ich kaum Symptome. Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Produkt gerade abgelaufen war (nach knapp 2 Monaten Benutzung). Das ist wirklich sehr schade, das einzig gute ist, dass keine Magnesiumsalze enthalten sind. Zum Effekt kann ich nichts sagen, da ich keinen Vergleichswert habe.

Da die Wirkung des Enzyms bei jedem anders ist, genau so wie die Ausprägung der Laktoseintoleranz möchte ich hier nur auf die Verpackung und Größe der Kapseln eingehen.Ich habe schon viele Hersteller, FCC Dosierungen und Packungsgrößen durch. Gerade hier fällt zum einen die Kapselgröße negativ auf - in Relation zu den FCC Einheiten. Andere Hersteller schaffen es ohne Probleme, die 2-3 fache Menge an FCC Einheiten in deutlich kleinere Kapseln zu bekommen. Diese Kapseln erinnern eher an große
