Worked well at first then stopped working after 9 months, only used once for a small bedroom and then packed up halfway through stripping a downstairs cloakroom. Contacted seller to get a replacement or refund and they were extremely slow to respond even after Amazon and myself chasing. Eventually they sent a return label via email however as I don’t have access to a printer I couldn’t print out, I then contacted them informing them this and I’m still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later. Only just took out of box for stripping wallpaper as wife on holiday and the screwing part to the tank does not screw in to the valve part it is loose so when tank is hot it does not release steam re; faulty threads and l looked at return date was end of May2021 so l am at a loose end

Easy to descale if using hard tap water . As far as I am concerned this is one of the better ones on the market and I,ve used a few . We use it everyday for steaming hay would you believe and it gets used twice a day and the last one lasted 14 months with two descales . It is the only one that has put up with major use . Reçu cet article rapidement. Je l'ai utilisé 1 jour puis plus de vapeur. Rapidement remplacé par Amazon . Gros problème de santé ,donc travaux à l'arrêt ! Aujourd'hui cela va mieux et reprise des travaux et surprise la décolleuse qui était toujours dans sa boite ne fonctionne pas ! La garantie bien entendu est dépassée. Evitez donc cet article car les surprises ne manquent pas.

Pas efficace du tout. Très long temps de chauffe et décollage. Je ne comprends pas les bons commentaires que j'ai lu. J'ai fini mon décollage de tapisserie avec un pulvérisateur à dos et du produit à décoller mélangé à de l'eau tiède dedans preté par un ami. Rien à voir.tellement plus efficace.
