Purchased to get a grip on a dishwasher salt compartment lid. Removed with ease. Since then have use for several things including removing the lid from plastic PVA containers which get glued on. Excellent product.

I bought these for a very stubborn to remove nut - the smaller one gave up the ghost first when the strap broke. The larger one definitely didn't stand up to use with dented plastic (probably to be expected in heavy use) and the strap looking frayed around the edges (not really fit for purpose). I'm not returning these for a refund as the nut I was trying to free was very stubborn and I bought cheap in the knowledge that it would be a difficult job. But . . . buy cheap and you get what

| Bought to remove shrouds on two bathroom taps - 50% success | 12/04/2022
There's nothing wrong with the design or construction, but the rubber straps were simply too 'stretchy' to loosen the limescale seized tap shroud. It's the same basic design as oil filter canister removers, but the rubber, so sensible for protection of surface finish simply stretches, then slips. One tap, the wrench undid, but the other just refused to come loose. you can see the rubber strap stretching with even modest pressure. Maybe I expected a little more resilience? I

I used this to twist a pre existing soil pipe so it could be drilled for a boss connector.Fantastic, my original two boa constrictor strap wrenches could not do it but just the large silver line wrench cocked it’s leg over the boa constrictors as it turned the pipe by itself. Silverline have always made great tools and this is no exception. Buy it

habe mir dieses \"werkzeug\" ende april 2021 gekauft um festsitzende verbindungen einfach und sicher (im privathaushalt) lösen zu können.teil wurde schnell geliefert. top.ausgepackt und gleich in die garage zum lüften gelegt. stinkt unheimlich. siehe auch andere rezensionen.zwztl. haben wir oktober2021.der schmale bandschlüssel ist bereits zur hälfte gerissen und nicht mehr zu benutzen, obwohl kaum gebraucht (unter 10x !!) die meisten probs konnten mit anderen tools besser gelöst

I got it to open jars and it does that easily, no more shout from the kitchen to open jars, my wife loves it.Big one at the bottom of the jar with handle 7:30 against your left hip, small one in the edge of the lid handle at 4:30, left hand steadying jar and push the handle away and pop the lid is the method my wife came up with

Zunächst fällt beim Auspacken der starke Gummi-Geruch auf, der schon mal verhindert, dass wir diesen Bandschlüssel überhaupt im Haushalt (Flaschen, Konserven usw) hätten einsetzen wollen. Doch dafür hatte ich das Set ja auch nicht gekauft. Ich wollte damit bestimmte Hülsen in meiner „Fahrradwerkstatt“ öffnen (Sattelstütze, Dämpfer), aber schon beim ersten Projekt ist bin ich mit dem Teil gescheitert. Siehe Foto … Band ist ausgerissen. Also irgendwie nichts für meine (evtl. zu anspruchsvollen)

Feels very sturdy and helped me to do exactly what I needed it to do - loosen the seal on my boiler's magnetic filter and then seal it closed once I'd sorted the leak.Will be great for opening jars and other things around the house too.If only I'd had it on New Year's Eve for my bottle of Malibu!

I have been struggling for a long time to fix the loose inflow connector to our newish dishwasher, but the connector is hidden behind pipes so that it is impossible to even tighten it with your fingers & a wrench is impossible to use. I was in despair until by chance I found this device on the Amazon website, while looking for something else. All you need to do is wrap the rubber belt around one side of the 5cm connector, then pull one side of the band towards and the friction tightens the

These do not work, no grip on either gear shaft or gear knob. And before its said, yes I know how to use them, they are directional...Don't waste you money on these as they will end up in the same place as the ones I just got. The bin.

Ich hatte mir die Bandschlüssel gekauft um einen Rohrverbindung ohne Beschäigung zu öffnen.Leider taugt das Zeugs hier überhaupt nichts. Die Gummibänder erzeugten keinerlei Haftung auf den Rohren und rutschen nur durch. Schlechter gings kaum
