| Superb musicianship! Great recording. | 2024-03-14
Fagen and Becker at their live best with the 93 and 94 lineup of supporting players. Funky versions of known songs and one where WB sings! Saw them live at the Hammersmith Odean years ago but spoilt by audience noise. This is a world apart, and a joy for their fans. William and Mary will do!

Glücklicherweise durfte ich diese unglaublich musilkalische Band schon live erleben.Eigentlich sind Fagen/Becker Studiofreaks und wahre Arragement- u. Klangkünstler.Nichts desto Trotz sind sie live eine Wucht. Dies kommt auch bei dieser CD voll rüber.Klingen tut die CD auch recht ordentlich- um Klassen besser als als z.B. die very best of.Wenn man die Art von Musik mag sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich Blödmann!Als hardcore Steely-Dan-Hörer hab ich zwanzig Jahre diese Gemme hartnäckig übersehen/ignoriert. Natürlich auch aus Respekt vor der Qualität der Studioalben und gespeist von der Befürchtung, von einer Live-Inszenierung enttäuscht zu werden.Wie ich schon sagte: ich Blödmann!Dann fiel mir (die BD) "The Dudes of September" in die Hände, die mich sehr neugierig auf weitere Liveerlebnisse gemacht hat. Und als dann Walter Becker starb, hab ich endlich die Gelegenheit

J'ai bien reçu le CD mais pas la version MP3. Ce qui est regrettable. L'album n'est pas téléchargé dans ma bibliothèque Amazon Music.
Si cela pouvait être rectifié, cela serait parfait.

Onze morceaux qui retracent la carrière du groupe avec une qualité sonore proche du studio, de belles
improvisations et des musiciens de qualité ainsi que des voix biens présentes.
De plus la légèreté de l'ensemble(malgré le nombre de musiciens et de choeurs) rend l'écoute de ce live bien agréable.
